If I could give this company negative stars I would. This restoration company has ruined more in my home than they have restored. I have been through multiple project managers and workers and there are still issues that they have not addressed to fix. They don't show up when they are supposed to and when they do, they do not do the work they are hired for correctly. Their customer service absolutely sucks! There are many things in my home that still need to be fixed due to their negligence, but I don't have any idea when the work will be done.

We would highly recommend Hudepohl Restoration to anyone needing mold remediation in their home. When we called for an estimate, Vicky came out right away. She was very friendly and professional, explaining the job, step by step. (I was worried about my cat being home during the mold removal process and she assured me that it would be perfectly safe). On the day of the job, her team was in and out before we even arrived home from work. The basement looked amazing!!! When the crew finished for the day, they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. If you need mold remediation in your home, you should give Hudepohl Restoration a call. You won't regret it.
