New front porch design and build | Mar 2024 | The old front porch had major water damage issues, some termite damage, unsolved drainage issues. We replaced concrete slab on the porch, build new reinforced footings and slab, matched the brick outside, built the new steps and walkway, placed french drain from the gutters to the right side of the home, replaced seal plate and some 2x4s (termite intrusion), and also made the porch larger twice it was before. We placed accent on wall board and batten, framed in new front door, new electrical work with ceiling fan, reinforced ceiling for a swing, stained pine toung and groove and custom railings, new roof and gutters. | $39k | Matthews, NC |
