Prescott & Schramm Plumbing, Heating, & A/C.

Established by Robert Prescott in 1920 as R. Prescott Plumbing and Heating doing business in plumbing and hot water and steam boilers. The business was located at 511 Douglas Street in downtown Sioux City until the Great Depression and WWII when he moved the business to his home on E 2nd Street. After WWII his sons Bob & Bill joined him in the business. In 1953 they built the building at its current location, 522 S Rustin Street. In 1961 the business was incorporated and became known as R. Prescott & Sons Plumbing and Heating. In 1972 Bill Jr. joined the business. Air conditioning and ducted air services were added in 1983. Bills son-in-law, Taylor Schramm, joined the business in 1998. In 2013 the business became Prescott & Schramm Plumbing, Heating, & A/C. Our business was built on our integrity and taking care of our customers.
