First year was good. Past two years consistent problems. Bushes trimmed at wonky angles. spraying flowers with weed killer. Trimming rose bush in half. Trimming 1 foot tall Japanese maple tree down to ground (4 months after being planted). Trimming grapevine bush (with all the leaves still on it NoT during winter while it’s dormant) to ground BUT leaving the other side of the fence covered in ivy and other weedy vines overgrown. Not edging ivy for 6 months. Not pruning bush in front yard. Stated they would replace maple after they reviewed but never got a call back. Called a week later to find out what’s going on. No call. Stopped a guy in my yard, 3 weeks later, to make sure they won’t cut what we replaced it with down. very apologetic. We let it go. Men are very polite but killing my plants, pruning some bushes at weird angles, and not pruning others isn’t worth the price. In response; you have been the landscaper for a while. There are no plants next to the grapevine however the other side of the fence you have ignored did have some poison ivy and still does because your employees did not do anything! That’s why you are receiving this complaint. So your excuse is they didn’t know it was grapes, but it was fine until a neighbor complained and you feel it’s ok then to destroy property? And it’s ok not to replace destroyed property. Customers should seriously beware that you kill plants and do nothing to replace damage done by employees ignorance.
