Richard Froias is a criminal known to the police in both MA and RI (and FL). If you're lucky, he'll take your money and run. If you're less lucky, he'll do the demolition, leave your house in a shambles, then run. Look up the WPRI investigative report from 2012 and the WBZ 'ITeam' report from 2014 on him. He owes $130,000 in fines and restitution. He was court ordered to pay my family $1,000 restitution for taking our money and doing NO work at all on our house. We haven't seen a dollar. $1,000 is a lot of money for our family, but I guess we're lucky. He scammed one family out of $30,000, which it seems unlikely they'll get back. I have no idea where these glowing reviews come from, but I imagine they too are fraudulent. A simple google search will reveal his criminal record.
