Dave Miner Exterior Home Improvements has been serving our neighbors in Western Mass for nearly 30 years with high quality craftsmanship and personal service not found with other contractors. When you hire Dave Miner Exterior Home Improvements, you work directly with me, Dave Miner, from the initial estimate to the final clean up. That is my promise to you - WE NEVER SUB-CONTRACT! We specialize in roofing, siding, replacement windows, attic insulation and radiant barriers, solar power attic fans and gutter guards and utilize the latest in environmentally friendly products and resources. From the Energy Star materials we use to the removal of waste from the job site - we are always thinking green. By us thinking green, you will save some. Replacement windows alone may save you as much as 25% on your heating and cooling bills. Properly ventilating your attic also reduces your cooling bills and is a vital to a healthy home. And by using Energy Star materials, you should qualify for a tax credit! Using state of the art materials and a commitment to quality has earned me several national certifications, including one as a GAF/Elk Master Elite Roofer. Less than 2% of all contractors in the United States are recognized with Master Elite status. This allows me to provide you with a better warranty! I am also a member of the Home Builders Association of Western Massachusetts and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
