Replaced our windows and did an outstanding job, very satisfied.

I'd give him a ZERO if possible! GLEN PAULSEN contracts through LOWES! I had several projects done through them and paid a pretty big chunk of money all up front. It's been over THREE MONTHS and he can't seem to give me a date for installation. When he DOES give you a date. Don't count on him keeping that date. He won't keep his word. No calls, no texts NO communication whatsoever. An absolute JOKE! Now this isn't a dis on Lowes. I've been SUPER happy with their other installations they've done for me. They are currently trying to do right by me. GLEN PAULSEN is a HORRIBLE CHOICE FOR SIDING/GUTTERS/FASCHIA. He's a horrible choice for this work.

Glen's guys did our house two years ago. They did a great job! And Glen even came in his off time to help us install a screen door after the job was done. His guys even saw the wheel on my garbage can was coming off so they fixed it! That's going above and beyond!

Does not complete work. Will leave a job without notice to work on other jobs leaving homeowner wondering. Doesn't get all the right material when up grading. Blames water or others when things aren't going correctly. Fails to complete a contract. Generally I wished I never hired him
