East Coast Painting Services LLC, formerly known as Warren Painting Services was established in the Spring of 1987. My name is Richard Warren and I am the Owner and Operator of East Coast Painting Services LLC. I personally supervise each and every job from beginning to completion. We strive for the up most quality and detail in every job we do regardless of size. Our goals are to provide a quality job at an affordable price. I’m a US Textures certified Applicator for Orange Peel and Knockdown Finishes. East Coast Painting Services LLC. has completed many new residential Spec. Homes and Custom Homes ranging from $250,000 to over $2 million. We have placed 1st and 2nd place numerous times through the years, in the Parade of Homes and Showcase of Homes. We have also performed restoration work at Horne Creek Historical House and Old Salem located in Winston Salem, NC. As far as commercial work, we have completed, Churches, Schools, Dr. Offices, and of recently a 135 unit Hawthorne Suites. In Retail & Restaurants, we have completed jobs for Pacsun, Belks, Hardees, Chick-fil-a, McDonald’s, Burger King and local restaurants. In Industrial work , we have completed 500,000 square foot facilities for Unifi, RJ Reynolds, Guilford County Detention center and Corning in Wilmington, NC.
