A OK Appliance Repair

I work nights so I had to stay awake for 24 hours to accomidate their schedule. Would have been fine but this guy came into my home talking to me like I'm a complete idiot and my stove isn't working because I'm using the wrong pans. I tried to explain that I've had the same stove and pans for more than a year, he stormed out of my house without even looking at the appliance because I was "argumentative". This after listening to a 20 min lecture over the phone on the function of stoves while trying to schedule. I'm 40 years old I've never dealt with such arrogant disrespect from a repairman.
