Kyle and the guys; Zak, James and Sam came up for a second time to discuss a challenging install on facia with 80 year old crown molding. I had not accepted their bid yet, yet Kyle was more than willing to come up again to go over the details and discuss my insistence on pre drilling holes as to not split the crown molding, etc. When he and his crew of young talented gutter professionals showed up without the job in hand, they came ready to work. What was intended as an acceptance of estimate meeting turned into beautifully installed rain gutters, cover screens, and downspouts within 3 hrs of time. Incredible. I am a builder by trade, and Civil Engineer by profession, so yeah, I expect the people I'm paying to do as good a job on my home as I would. The guys were easy to work with, fun, skilled and open to suggestions, and when I look at my gutters nothing catches my eye. They look like a natural part of my facia, which is the ultimate test in an excellent install. The price by the way was the lowest of the four estimates I received, which allowed room for a well deserved tip for Kyle and his gang of young gutter slingers. Get other estimates if you want, but make the right decision and have Raindrop Raingutters do your job right.
