Steve cost us several thousand dollars. He missed several issues in plain sight like flashing on the roof that was in need of repair, heaters that did not work, electrical outlets that did not work, bare wires exposed on hot water heater, a septic alarm that was alarming but had been silenced during his inspection, he told us the red light meant the power was on...wrong! I filed a claim and all i could get was our fee returned. Its in his contract. He can do whatever he wants and all you can do is get your money back. We paid full price for the house because he missed all these and more issues. Had we been accurately informed we could have negotiated for the cost of some of these repairs.

Steve, was professional the report was detailed and has a trained eye to spot things easily overlooked. I would highly  recommend him to others.
