ordered a sample door more than 1 week ago did not receive it, tried calling numerous times, emailled three times no response, thank goodness i did not order kitchen cabinets from these people. what would you do if you had a problem. with order. would not recommend buying anything from them

As a builder, remodeler and investor I have a need for multiple kitchens and different price points. I have ordered many kitchens through Online Cabinets Direct and have always received a quality product and had great customer service.
