Worst customer service of all time. Never encountered such narcissism from office staff. They have real reviews deleted off of Facebook and google. I know, as mine were deleted. Here’s the deal, the guys who pick up the trash do a good job. Unless, they miss your house, and then if you let the office know they victim blame!! It is ludicrous the way the run this business… there are other local companies that aren’t rude when you just call to pay… and it’s worth an extra $8 a month to me to go with someone else who CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPUTATION of their company. If your looking for “customer service” lower your expectations… then reevaluate what that means to you, then lower them some more… then forget all about customer service expectations.. and then be prepared for you being the burden because you purchased their services. And keep in mind they’re doing you the favor and you should remember who you are as the customer to them, trash. Because that’s how I was treated. Or as they like to correct you “refuse”. Refuse to be treated this way and find someone else if you respect yourself at all.
