We offer Residential service which includes a 96 gallon poly cart. All new customers will receive 3 months FREE service when they buy 3 months service. Commercial containers are available, sizes vary 1 -8 yard rear load containers. Roll-Off boxes sizes vary from 10 yards to 40 yard containers.

I would like to know why I came home to my trash still at the curb when I just paid my bill the other day. When I called the lady said the driver said it was not at the curb this morning. Funny since I put it out last night because I leave for work at 5:45 am. Not to mention my babysitter seen it at the curb when she showed up at 5:30 am!!!! I told the lady this and that I expect it to be picked up today since I paid for the service! She said she had to wait for the driver to get in and see what he had to say. Really?! So I have a completely full can sitting in front of my house since 5pm yesterday evening because the driver didn't feel like stopping and picking it up. Couldn't miss it since it's full and there are two empty carseat boxes sitting next to it. Not happy. Either they better get it today or I want to be refunded. Not my fault their driver didn't do his job. If I hadn't put it out last night for a FACT theni wouldn't be so pissed. I do have security cameras that reach the end of my yard and drive that can show proof!!!!!

I would give it a zero if i could. Never in my life have I experienced such rude customer service. When I signed up I was told if I paid 3 months the next 3 months was free. Fast forward 3 months and I get a suspended service notice in the mail. I call them and explain what I was told when I signed up... questioning why I was told one thing and the opposite was done. He was very rude saying the lady I spoke with doesn't do the checking that he checks the accounts and we had the free 3 months several years ago. Which is fine but why is this how I am finding out about it and why are you being so rude? If that was the case a phone call, bill, or letter explaining wouldve been sufficient before just getting a suspended service notice when I wasn't even aware that I owed anything because I was originally told I wouldn't owe again until October. The guy was extremely rude and I eventually said that's fine just come get the cart and I will call someone else. He said that's fine have a nice day. Then he had the audacity to call me back and say don't ever call us for service again. I said don't worry I won't and I will tell everyone I know not to call you this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He mocked me saying yeah ok tell everyone you know.... and they picked up the cart and dumped the trash out. I don't know who runs a business like this but stay away. Call someone else who can have a professional conversation and treat you with respect. Queen City was horrible.
