The mattresses have been sitting unprotected in a non-climate controlled storage unit for 2 years. I don't know if anything could have gotten into them. They are dirty on the outside (not terribly), but more so, I want them deep cleaned to ensure nothing is on the inside before covering them in a protector cover.
