You always worry when you hire someone to do work in your home that you're not familiar with. And I'm sure many of us have been burned, but if you need a plumber, I would recommend Citywide (Ralph) very highly. Professional, honest, friendly and did not stop until the problem was solved. He is now my plumber forever.
