Tom's Painting and General Contracting

Some of my earliest childhood memories are of painting-helping my father paint the railings on the porch of our home or painting with my Uncle. As a young man in the 1970s I continued to hone my skills with a painting company in San Diego, California and then used those skills to finance the college education of my wife and myself. In the end, I have no less than 35-plus years of experience in painting and the coatings industry. The coating industry is changing exponentially as the green revolution promotes more Nano coatings and environmentally safe products. My continued education and research has greatly expanded my knowledge of paint and coatings. Currently, I am certified in Seal-O-Flex water proofing, Re-New Crete (decorative concrete surfaces) and completed the Tile-Setting program at Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia. I am also a certified Home Inspector with Lead and Mold certification and am able to conduct Energy Audits and consult on water and energy conservation (i.e. analyzing current home insulation and weather-proofing). And, as new technologies emerge, my expertise expands as I strive to be as knowledgeable and competent in my service area. My philosophy remains-if I can reach it, I can paint it, no matter what.
