I purchased a 3 acre lot from Robbie Bell and I am very pleased with my experience. Robbie is a businessman and conducts himself that way. As long as I do my part as an owner and resident in my community, I will never have any complains from Robbie. I purchase to 5 Acre Properties from Robert Bell jr very personal if you needed him most of the time he answered if not he got back to you and me personally I'm glad we have a guy like this in our area because it helps some people who may have had a little bad luck to get started and gives them ownership when banks wouldn't I'm very grateful for the opportunity to buy from him and got a second PC of land from him thanks robbie 5 stars and the upmost respect for Robbie Bell
