Zero stars if we could. DO NOT USE THEM! Last visit their serviceman came uninvited upstairs where my wife was in bed. The furnace is in the cellar. WE BELIEVE HE PLANNED TO ROB US OR WORSE! He fled when she saw him and yelled to get out of our house. We since call another dealer. The furnace MARSTON installed has been noisy and repeatedly malfunctioned, but other dealer has fixed some of the issues..but not the lousy installation job by MARSTON. Stay away from them!
