The total worst in my 30 years of living here. Things just are left undone. Brandi Lane was the rudest person and got nothing done. Good shes gone. Now we need a new management co.

Customized Property Management is one of the worst!!! Terrible manager Brandi Lane, OMG she is a horrible person with an attitude and so irresponsible. I'm a homeowner and I want to sell my unit and move out.

This is absolutely the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I had a recent sale of my condo, and they made is so difficult, that I will be filing a lawsuit in the near future. Brandi Lane, the manager, is not only horrible to deal with, she is rude, and does not know her job at all! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
