If I could give 0 stars I would. I do NOT recommend. Managment is not professional. It takes months to get things fixed and its never done properly if they "fix" the problem at all. So many doors in the house were broken, bed rooms and bathrooms. Rooms are not cleaned before you move in. And they will tell you the homes get "professionally cleaned" every couple weeks but the people they bring in barely do anything. Over all if you have any problems or concerns you are met with lies, deceit, and excuses.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. The student housing is way overpriced. There’s a $240 fee for toilet paper, paper towels etc. and half the time there was never any available. There were times where I had to buy my own toilet paper because we’d go nearly a week without any. Not very clean at all either. Door had issues but never got fixed. Asked property manager for an A/C h it because rooms can get unbearable hot, knew about my request and that I was willing to pay for it but never followed through. Parking lot was horrible, getting into the house over the winter was super dangerous because it would be covered with ice. Very late with plowing the snow too. Rarely salted path to house and road so leaving the house was terrifying. I had fallen like 10 times. Property manager was super unprofessional, never got things done in a timely manner but never held back when it came to complaining about his duties. Female landlord was very unprofessional. Always just text messaged about issues. Never given receipts for rent paid so there’s not documentation. Only thing that was good was that the house was decently close to the campus and in a semi-safe area. Avoid this housing company at all costs.

Pay your rent on time & mind your own business & they do the same. They are definitely kinda lazy when it comes to repairs & stuff, but most landlords are now days. It’s a fairly inexpensive complex, you can’t expect A+ Quality. I’d say you get what you pay for here.
