The patriarch of this big, active, hands-on family is craftsman and entrepreneur Norman "Red" Witten, who Trey and Caleb credit with their carpentry skills and inspiration for entering the home remodeling industry. Red taught his children the importance of having a vision and working intently and honestly to achieve it. In November 2007, after years of working for other experts in Hampton Roads, the brothers found their vision and they felt compelled to start their own home remodeling and construction company.
