I cannot believe that Porch still allows this guy to advertise on their website. I personally sent in a complaint with documentation that he took off with my money. I have three other people that have said the same thing. One just contacted me today 10/26/20. Do not use him. He is a crook. Do not use this contractor without first checking all of the reviews. He has taken over 38K of my money and is going on 4 months behind schedule on an 800 sq. ft. condo. Go to http://remodelimpossible.me to see what Thomas Barron and Beem'r Building & Design have done to my condo. It is a mess. He goes weeks without responding to requests. He took money before it was due, and has not made good on his promises. He has also failed to provide any updated schedule though I have requested on many times. This is a recurring theme in the reviews of this business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Look this company up and do research before hiring. Company has many complaints on rip off report and owner Thomas C Barron has long criminal history of arrests. Do not hire.

Please do not hire Thomas Barron to do any work for you. Look him up and research him thoroughly. Many complaints state he is a scam artist. He never finished my job. Left me a mess and now won't answer call or texts.
