Dear all, Few weeks back I spoke to them. This company had a great selection of work, when it came time to discuss the contract and next steps, in my personal view, I was totally ashamed to speak with the owner. The script was flipped! I then checked the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, apparently fighting and arguing over petty things is the way the owner does business. Glad i did not proceed further. In my humble opinion: the process was not worth it, if I could go back in time I would spare myself the emotional trauma and pain and went with another provider. The Owner treated my wife with utter disrespect. Please stay away if you can.

When you sign the contract they are very nice and they sound very knowledgeable in what they do. I did some research but not good enough. BBB rating was A+ so I thought it would be fine. But then the nightmare began. They don't respond to emails at all, nothing. When you do get the owner on the phone he has a short temper and does not listen. When they started the job about three months later they only show up every other two weeks. The work they do is very unprofessional and it felt they were sabotaging my deck. After being half way finished I didn't want G. around my house anymore because of all his lying and shady workmanship. Cracks were showing a week later, they call it spiderwebbing. After I told G. not to work on the deck anymore I haven't heard from them since. My deck is halfway finished, it looks terrible, the materials they use are terrible,I tried to come to an agreement through the BBB but they refuse to cooperate in any way. I paid them already over $4000 for the terrible job they did and now they just let me hang to dry. They are so irresponsible, they should not be in business. So be aware of these crooks and just go somewhere else, learn from my experience. What a horrible experience!
