* SCAM ALERT * - Albert owner of Liberal Fence Services LLC can Not be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS LIBERAL FENCE SEVICES LLC OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! On Dec 21 2020 i hired Albert to install a fence, he promise to have the fence done before the new year, after getting a permit which he said would take a few days.He said he needed 50% down payment to get started so i gave him a check for $3250.00. The permit failed 3 times because Albert did not put in the correct info about the fence on the permit. After waiting 4 months i finally went and got the plans myself and corrected them and turned it in and it finally passed on April 3,2021.Then for 2 weeks he would not answer his phone or return any of my calls.So i filed a complaint with the Broward County License Board at 954-357-5350. Ask them about all the complaints they have on Liberal Fence Services LLC. Liberal Fence services License # 07-f-4593-X. Albert is a pro con artist,you can tell by how he know how to con the licence board system by dragging out the time to finish the job. He will come out and put 1 post and that restarts the time again for how long he has to finish the job. After filing a complaint with the license board,they called Albert and he came out and put up 3/4 of the posts, now i have to call him every day to hear nothing but lies. I'm still waiting for him to finish the job. BEWARE he has a long history of complaints, taking peoples money and not finishing the jobs. He will be nice and promise you everything until he gets your MONEY and then you will get the round around and lies,lies,lies.To avoid problems always do a on line and public record search of the company your going to hire so you have to deal with the aggravations and being ripped off by Liberal Fence Services LLC of 1700 Sunset Strip Sunrise Fl.The way he conducts his business is very unprofessional and a joke, His web site is down and he uses many different addresses for his business.
