Chadley “Chad” Munro, Lead Inspector and Owner of West Valley Home Inspections, has over 20 years of Construction Management experience. A native of Phoenix, he received a degree from Northern Arizona University in Construction Management. Chad has overseen the construction of close to one thousand homes in the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. Chad was trusted by some of the largest Home Builders in North America, to oversee the construction of their projects. After earning his Home Inspector Certification License from the State of Arizona, he started West Valley Home Inspections. With his attention to detail and background in construction, he provides a comprehensive look at your home, whether you are buying, selling or building. His background also allows him to help you prepare a 1 year warranty list for your Builder. Chad enjoys working with his clients to assist them in gaining a thorough education on one of the most important purchases of their lives.
