Ralph's appliance service came to our home to diagnose a issue we were having with our refrigerator. They did multiple tests and found that it needed a new thermometer, but they stated that everything else was in perfect condition, including the compressor. We ordered a new thermometer and paid the $535 bill. The next morning we woke up, there was water all over the kitchen floor and the refrigerator was completely off, and the food was spoiled and had to be thrown away. At that time, I phoned Ralph's appliances to let them know I would no longer like the part that was on order, and that I was just going to go ahead and buy a new fridge instead. At that point he cursed me over and over again, and was furious I was wanting to cancel the order of the new part. It came to the point I had to call the credit card company to remove the charge. Two weeks later, I received another phone call from Ralph, cursing me and yelling at me telling me he was going to take me to court and calling me a piece of s***.
