My Cleaning Angel

I usually do not give reviews. I hate to even give this one, but I have to because if I don’t speak up, they will continue conduct business with no regard for their customers’ time. Which is apparent by the other reviews. Briefly, I scheduled them for 4:00PM. At 4:35 I called to see if they were still coming. He said he was away at lunch and forgot to call me to let me know they got behind and couldn’t make it. That’s unacceptable. It was too late in the day to try and find someone else. I was forced to prepay anyways. So the customer rep stated they would come later in the day. It just so happened I had multiple flight delays and did not leave my home until after 7PM. THE TEAM NEVER EVEN STARTED THE JOB. However, they showed up and left. Marked the job as done and charged me. Ironically, the time the customer rep said that they arrived is when I was sent a receipt stating the job had been completed. Then the customer reps states that he attempted to call the next morning while I was on the plane, and the payment was automatic. Wow an automatic payment at 6PM after they supposedly left. My landlord did not leave the property until 2AM. So we know they never showed up and even attempted to start the job. So why mark it as complete? THEN, to add insult to injury, they tell me they’ll discount the service, but it’s still $100 even though someone else who had to be hired short notice was already completing the task they never started. I do not recommend this company. They need to do better

We first hired My Cleaning Angel to do a deep clean on a house we purchased that had been left a mess for years by the previous owners. They were here for hours and it was so fantastically clean, we have never looked back. They make every surface, ceiling to floor, sparkle and shine. It is incredible the care with which everything is done. My utmost high recommendation for this superb company. Our regular "angels" are Max and Isabel and they leave the house looking the best it can possibly look. Every time. And they are punctual and bring their own products and vacuum, etc. You won't be disappointed.
