Found air handler has rusty/impacted blower wheel, has rusty/impacted evap coil, no float switch, and weak 15 uf capacitor. Found condenser is very noisy, has no locking refrigerant caps, is missing armaflex on copper and is missing a cap on top of valve on the suction line. Pressures are 65/185 and split is 19 degrees. Would not recommend pull and clean will cause leak in system. Recommend replacement over repairs system is at end of life span. Install new three and a half ton. | Riverview, FL | |
