Owner Joe is impossible to deal with. Someone needs to give him a class on the customer centric approach to running a business. Working through my AV problems with Joe over the past 4 years has honestly been one of the most frustrating things I've ever experienced during my 22 years of home ownership. He mine as well be a dependent at this point so that I could at least claim him on my taxes. UGH!!
