Olson Cement Work & Construction

We had Olson replace a large amount of concrete around our house. For the most part the work was excellent. Unfortunately when I informed them that they left an 8 foot wide rough ridge directly in front of our main entry, they will not return to correct it. I have made several calls to the office who keeps telling me they will fix it, but it has been several months. The salesman, John Hamel won’t even answer or return my calls. Now when all my family comes for the holidays they will see this ugly, raised, rough line across the landing. Don’t do what I did. Hold your payment until the job is completed to your satisfaction. I wish I hadn’t paid them.
