•My sister Maria and I had a wonderful experience with the work provided by Jason through his “Warm or Breezy” company services. It was the beginning of summer in Michigan, and we found out that the A/C in my older brother’s apartment was not working. My sister and I were a little apprehended because we were “visitors” in Michigan, taking care of my brother’s illness, and we didn’t have the connections, nor the references needed to solve the problem. We looked at the internet and found Jason company and took a gamble (it is the Internet, no?), and we won. WE knew we were winners when Jason showed at the door with his broad, friendly smile. He listened carefully and responded with professionalism: he answered all our questions, explaining all the details in a plain language. He reviewed thoroughly the refrigeration lines and the pipes. He climbed to the attic to look at the ducts that led to the spaces inside the apartment. The outdoor unit was meticulously washed and cleaned. Condenser coil, compressor, and electrical components and fan were carefully tested. All these work was done at an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you, Jason, I wish I could bring your “breezy” charm to ARIZONA.

Warm or Breezy came through when I was in a pinch with a rental property. The a/c went out during the hottest week of the summer. They fit me in and in two days time the tenants had cool air. The fees were reasonable too! Thank you Warm or Breezy, I'll be sure to contact you again for the next HVAC repair.

Great experience, he went up in my attic and addressed my ventilation problem. Did some calibrating of my vents into my bedrooms. Very pleased m..great worker with an earnest and professional mannerism. I highly recommend him.
