I live in a neighborhood with an HOA that is adamant about homeowners maintaining their properties. Recently I was sent a letter from my HOA threatening to fine me for 2 broken boards on my fence. I am a disabled Senior Citizen on a fixed income. Gary was the only person who was willing to come out to Moreno Valley and replace 2 boards and do some painting of my fence. I contacted several people, including some from Angie's List, who were unwilling to come out for such a small job. All but Gary tried to convince me to replace entire sections of the fence in order to charge me more money. I will only use Gary for any future projects as I know him to be fair, honest and reliable and timely.
