Takes advantage of old people. I purchased property from an older couple, my property surrounds their house. I am letting them continue to use the driveway. Jerry Charged them 3100 for 1557 square foot of crushed asphalt. Work is shoddy, no weed kill sprayed, uneven, over priced, pathetic. He travels all over the place making a claim he has some left over material and then over charges. to give you an idea of how much he overcharges these elderly people, I got a quote from a local deal to do 11700 square foot, (1300 ft drive) for $9300 vs his 1557 square foot, (177 ft drive) for $3100. He is located in Texarkana and this occurred in Kaufman. I assume he is so well known in his area he has to drive out this far to find elderly people that haven't heard of him yet.
