there has been accusation by Mrs Marks a, nd has been spreading unfunded rumors about DRR construction, Mrs Marks is a con artist that first try to go thru BBB, file her complaint that our company gladly responded to Her complaints. when She could not make a valid case, She went to Our bond Company and some how she was able to managed for the bond company to release a 25000 dollar bond her and her husband even doe the bond company was advised that this person had been doing multiple repairs to her home with permits or knowledge of the work performed at her place , professional plumbers, electricians, ac installers with the proper credentials worked at her house pointing out to her the dangerous crappie work that her and her husband had performed, never the less she still made all these non supported lies about our company just so she wouldn't had to pay our company (so who is the crook ?)

Please do not hire Alex Silva or DRR Construction or Bianca Plumbing. He is a crook, a con artist extraordinaire. Our 8 week remodel project ended after a year of negotiations with the BBB, hiring a lawyer, and his bond company paying us his ENTIRE BOND! He is being investigated by the state plumbing board. The work was horrible. There is a 4 foot wide section in my kitchen with no studs. His laborer just slapped a sheet of drywall over it. I have to tear it apart before I can put cabinets up. Sloppy. So many examples. He also did not show up to work on the house when he said he would. He claimed his son had cancer. He lied constantly. Even about what was permissible by city code, and then the inspector would contradict him. He also yelled at me as he left my house one evening when I confronted him about the lack of progress. He did damage to other parts of the house. He cut through the liner of an upstairs shower, did the worst repair, and tried to hide it behind drywall. When the ceiling in the downstairs started dripping, we tore it apart and found the shoddy repair. Now we have to tear the upstairs shower out and replace the liner. If he currently is working for you, stop paying him until the job is finished! Truly this was a nightmare renovation.
