Gary and Rudy arrived on time with required tools and supplies, did an excellent job of repairing my closet, cleaned up the work area upon completion and charged a reasonable rate. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Gary did a fantastic job with the remodel work of my home and I highly recommend him. He is extremely talented and professional plus does all with a sunny disposition. He did roofing, brick work, painting, carpentry, floor refinishing, minor electrical and plumbing. All looks great and was done in a timely manner and cleaned up daily. I cannot wait for him to come back and tackle my kitchen next.

I have used Building Excellence Co many times and would not trust my home to anyone else. Gary(Moke) is such a stickler for detail and knows what he is doing. He produces high dollar work for affordable prices. He put on a new metal roof for us last year, Painted the exterior of our house, did some patio (lanai) work, and is always helpful to give us ideas and help on smaller projects! He is Honest and Fair and will work with you! From framing out a brand new home to fine tuning and detail finish work.. this is who I would use!

We hired Building Excellence to remodel our kitchen. He provided excellent service and was able to perform very difficult carpentry solutions. Everyday he left the job site safe, secure and clean. We would gladly hire him again.

Project TLC | Apr 2010 | This home from an old neighborhood was purchased as an investment and needed multiple repairs. In the end the investor was happy and so was the new homeowner. It was gutted clean and overhauled inside and out. | $22k | Garland, TX
Office Custom Enclosure | Sep 2014 | This is an office space that my client wanted doors (2 larger pocket doors and 1 double door) added and new custom book shelves and center desktop. Everything from the start to the finish detail of the wall enclosure. A turn key project. | Frisco, TX
Shower pan repairs | Aug 2014 | The owner had a leak in there shower was caused by a bad entry curb design that was done during the new construction of this Home. This was a 850,000 home! I think that is crazy that new construction would have such problems. What happen during the inspection process. This is not the first time I have seen this happen. In the end the problem was solved and it was ready for paint. They had a painter before I started the project. Otherwise I could have finished it. | Frisco, TX
Back to the Future 1970 - 2020 Master Bathroom Transformation | Feb 2012 | 1970 Master Bathroom was done with Silver and Gray tones. This was a fun little makeover. The owners had previously hired a Contractor to fix that shower pan and it was not repaired properly. I had to have the rotted Pan base and all rotted studs removed and replaced. It's unfortunate that there are Contractors that are willing to do half done work. | Arlington, TX
DeClutter your garage | Jun 2011 | Owner needed a hand clearing out her garage. Built shelves for vertical storage space. and repaired her ceiling drywall. I had taken the picture midway through the clean up. The garage was actually completely full. Now she can drive her car in. =-) | The Colony, TX
Master Bathroom Tub and Shower Remodel | May 2011 | This was a Tub and Shower detail that the Homeowner wanted a fresh updated tile finish. I was given the tiles that they wanted me to work with and with there approval came up with a design that they would like. There were a soap and shampoo niche that they decided to add mid stream. I also laid a new custom shower pan that they wanted about 6" wider. When I was done I had my Glass Pro install the frame less Glass to finish. | Frisco, TX
Updated Modern Look | Apr 2011 | This was fun to do with sheets of small tiles. New flooring, trim and paint and a nice simple makeover! | Grapevine, TX
Office Space enclosed with 2 entry ways. | Apr 2011 | Added walls, texture, paint, doors and moved a ceiling light to enclose the study from the dining area. | Frisco, TX
Batgirls "Secret" Entrance | Jun 2009 | It was a secondary living space that had enough room to create the passage way. How cool is that? How many could say that their bedroom was the perfect hiding place? | Euless, TX |
