Reliable Tree Service Removal

I probably have written 3 reviews in my entire life and feel compelled to warn consumers. Save yourself money and angst by NOT hiring Reliable Tree Service from Mequon/Thiensville. 1) Appeared at my home without telling me in advance they were coming (I'm at work, they left a message on my home phone minutes before they arrived--this is not advance notice. I had requested to be there when they would be doing tree work.) 2) Perhaps the reason they arrived without notice is because it had rained and most people do not want equipment on their lawn causing ruts/damage but thought I wouldn't protest if they just did it. 3) I received a quote $200 to remove a small tree from one location and plant it in another. A young man came with a shovel and wheelbarrow-no lopers, etc and then the owner complained that it was more work than they anticipated and said I must pay $300 instead of $200 and if I didn't than Daniel wouldn't get paid. I said, you saw this little tree when you quoted it, you are in the business, you know better than me and now he wanted to raise the bill. Then he yelled at me and Bill said to never call him again. They made ruts on my lawn and damaged bricks on my patio and said the lawn will grow back and just shove some soil against the bricks that are tipping down along the edge of the patio due to the machine being on the edge of the patio. So disappointing, please spare yourself. Poor quality, poor service, tried to guilt me into paying more money (which I did end up paying $250 for the tree moving) Use a service with integrity and quality
