Integrity Building & Remodeling

I found Integrity building and remodeling through a major home owners search engine. I requested a quote and Brady Grove (the owner) contacted me. I really hoped to write a good review. On 4/29/21 and measured my space for a deck. He brought product samples and literature. I liked Brady and his philosophy. We told him we were very interested in scheduling our project. Brady told me he would e-mail my estimate before the end of the weekend. He verified my contact information before leaving my house. The following week after hearing nothing I e-mailed Brady just to make sure he had our e-mail address. Over the next week I called Brady 3 times leaving my name and number on his voicemail each time. Today is 6/03 and I have had no contact from Brady. Disappointing to say the least. I know $10k is not a huge deck project but I would have appreciated some kind of contact declining the job. I figured if Brady would not talk to me before he had my money, he would not be easy to contact for any potential warranty work. We have since found another local contractor who is actually finishing our project. I hate writing bad reviews but I have no choice in this case. Integrity may do great work as other reviewers state. In my case they were a disappointment. I also submitted this review to the other major homeowners site and they haven't published it which causes me to question their entire ratings model.
