Holiday time is never a good time for appliances to break down. When we called the customer service rep understood our problem and was sympathetic to our needs. The appointment was within our time frame. The service technician called prior to arrival and was very punctual. He quickly found our problem and was able to fix it because he had the part on his truck. We have since referred Ace to family and friends with the same positive response.
