Total tree home and exterior

Terry was recommended by a friend and seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Due to rain this year we had several delays and by that time I forgot to ask about the contract he never emailed. He and helper worked one day felling a pine and taking brush...but not all the brush. The total job also included trimming of 4 large trees and stump removal. He divided the fee up among the different tasks. I paid for the pine tree. Haven't seen him since. I have contacted him a couple times and he said he would be out but no show and didn't respond to subsequent text. As another reviewer says he behaves as if he is still using. I still have a huge pile of brush. Do not hire him.

The one review posted for this company was exactly right. I paid to have bushes removed from my front yard. I paid him A LOT for that reason. That's a big job and understand that. I spoke to him on several occasions about making sure the roots were removed so I would be able to plant in the future. He did not honor this and when the vauge contract was brought up, he said he fullfilled it because he did remove the bushes. That is incorrect because removing the bushes would include the entirety of the bush, roots and all. Did I forget to mention the big piles of rocks in the grass in my yard and the dirt all over the side of the house that no one bothered to clean up after the work was done? Unfortunately, I also asked to have my back yard treated and reseeded. Well, that didn't go as planned either. Whoever dumped the fertilizer and seed dumped it in piles and burnt up my yard worse than it was before they touched it. So I went and bought my own seed, hooked up my sprinkler and it's growing back now. He says he will come back to fix the front and remove the roots but that is never going to happen. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Terry is a recovering addict who acts as if he is still using. He will bring a vague contact to have you sign and assure you everything will be done correctly, so when he cuts every corner he can, he can throw your contact in your face. If you need something done in a timely matter, don't call him. He started my tree job, worked for a few days and then I didn't see him again after he got my deposit and left me with a mess in my yard and half a tree cut down. Everyone I've talked to about this contractor has given me similar reviews on him.
