Mike will always give you a fair price upfront with no hidden fees while also explaining what he's doing and why. I wish more companies provided his level of service. After our A/C went out last summer we could not get even one company to come out within the week. Since we had just had our baby girl we were very concerned. In May of 2013 I was having issues with my old AC unit. I called with Mike to check with him about a new unit. He came and checked to see what I needed and gave me the name of units that he used and the tonnage needed for my home. He replaced my entire system A/C & Heating. He gave me a good price and he and his crew came and installed it. They were professional and courteous workers. I have been pleased with my unit.
