Done Right Home Repair

We hired Bob to complete our project and he did a great job. It was a probably a little tougher than he expected because of our old appliance, but it all worked out okay. We now have a new dishwasher installed and running smoothly. Thanks Bob!

Bob was great! We had a disappearing screen door project to do for our back door and he helped us pick up the door and install it for a very very fair price. He was very quick and I will definitely be counting on his expertise again!

Bob's response is inadequate. He did not hand me his card when he arrived. He gave it me much later in the process. I can't recall when exactly. And I did not HIRE him as he says. It was an interview for the job and a quote. When I checked and saw he was not licensed I decided against him. If it won;t cost anything to do the repair to my ceiling, then I will gladly send you the bill Bob.

Bob seems like a nice guy, but he's not licensed in electric repair so be aware of that. He came by my house to give me a quote. He climbed on my ladder and pulled out a spotlight to see which way a rafter beam was running. Well he pulled out part of the ceiling plaster too. His reply was "he would fix that when he did the job." Well I didn't want him to do the job when I learned he wasn't licensed. Now I have to pay to someone else fix the ceiling. Nice guy, just be aware of people giving quotes and climbing on your ladder and pulling on things. :-) Plus he didn't even say "sorry."
