Del Does Pools

If I could leave negative stars I would because 1 star is way too high of a rating for this company. I'm in the process of selling my home and the people that decided to buy my home decided to use Del Does Pools to inspect my pool. This company clearly does not know a single thing about pools. I'm very meticulous about my pool and it is crystal clear 24/7 till this company showed up. When I got home from work, I saw that my entire back yard was flooded from when they backwashed my pool. They did not use the connecting pipes that were laid right next to drain out and sand filter to run the water into the yard and trees like you are supposed to. They were too lazy to do that and flooded my back yard instead. Then instead of going into the rinse cycle like you are supposed to do with a SAND FILTER they put it back into filter mode and all the backwash debris and cloudy merky water from the sand filter blew back into the pool making my entirely crystal clear pool a cloudy gray mess. It took exactly a week of running my filter non stop to clear my pool back up because or their incompetence. They told my agent that he ran the backwash and then back to filter and says that the spider gaskets is going bad and that's what happened with my pool. This person clearly doesn't know anything because you have to rinse the SAND FILTER before you go back into filter mode. If you want headaches and want to use people that don't know anything about pools then these are your people. Clearly incompetent! Before and after pictures attached. Thanks for the headaches Del!
