First Response Sewer & Drain Cleaning

My wife and I just a house a couple of months ago and are first time homeowners. We recently had our basement drain backed up so we had another company out to snake it. The snake didn’t work, plus, he said to fix it it would be a ridiculous amount. With our basement getting worse we headed to Angie’s list. We filled out the questionnaire at 11:15pm. And immediately we get a call from Rick, owner of First Response. He told us he’d be out first thing in the morning. He got here on time, was extremely nice, and the best part was that he was honest. He told us exactly what was wrong when the other guy could not. He told us from the get-go that he’d be cheaper to work with and he was right. He did very quality work, too!! Not only did he get us running fully, but he also backs up everything he does with Lifetime warranty. Who else can do that? I seriously recommend working with Rick and First Response. They were our First Response and they will now be out last. I won’t be going to anymore other guys. I am blown away by these guys’ work and affordable costs. 5 out 5 no doubt!

My experience with first response plumbing was not very good! The project took way to long and was not finished to my liking!! Recent subsequent attempts to contact have resulted in no return response!! I seriously do not recommend this company!!!

I want to thank you for the kindness you showed me Friday when I was asked to leave Thornton's gas station in new Miami , I finally decided yesterday that I had no choice but to take your advice . Needless to say the sewage problem at Thornton's is now being handled. Thank you once again for recognizing the real problem. Sincerely...Amanda Spucer
