Their formal project manager, David Chiangi left the company because of questionable dealings such as switch and bait tactics. Mr. Chiangi was replaced by a new Project Manager, Kirk Ramsey. You must understand that this company does none of their own work so they hire sub-contractors. They don't pay their subs one dime for working on your house. That's because Mr. Ramsey establishes an impossible deadline for the sub-contractors to complete the work, then deducts $100 a day from the contractors when the project isn't completed on time. Results: the contractor does not get paid. Then Kirk Ramsey replaces the contractor that left your job unfinished and hires another contractor to complete the job. Guess what, they don't pay that contractor either. What happens is that your house remains unfinished and the sub-contractors sues you or place a lien against your house for non-payment.
