AWFUL! :( have had this company for the most comprehensive pool service they offer for just shy of 7. Our sparkling new pool turned green & I reached out to them to let them know this. The owner was nasty and unprofessional & made it out to be “my fault” (I am not there & have not been for months and no one is using the pool, hence needing a company to maintain it.) the owner was VERY AGGRESSIVE (I am trying to be respectful when writing this but if you could read what he said, you would be shocked). I expected professional customer service and a good, pool service to keep my pool clean and looking good while I was away, this is not good. This is a full time service pool. Also, prices that he quotes will only be the beginning price. He will add the premium costs because he says chlorine is so hard to come by. I am happy to send pictures of the work to anyone who would like to see them or even proof of what the owner said to me. It is very unfortunate.
