I used this company before. In 2/2023 he worked for 5hrs and charged $570 to clear weeds in my rock wall on west side of my home, blow tree litter, pulled weeds on south and east side, and sprayed. It was a little pricey compared to other quotes but he came on the day I needed and the job was done. My yard was blue for weeks. The second time, 5/2023, he came with guys, and on video he confirmed that I wanted the rocks clear of weeds "just like last time". However, he only cleared the rocks visible from the front of house. Then I went to my backyard to find that most of the rocks on west side of house hadn't been clear at all. The rest of the job on the south and east side he did. He stayed only for 2.5hrs and charged me the same price as last time for an incomplete job. When I brought it up, he claimed we never discussed it (even though I have him on video stating it himself), and that I should "just send the $480". When I asked for the breakdown of the fee, he said he doesn't charge hourly, only by the job. Then, he offered discount to $480, but then he had his office manager send me multiple texts demanding $540 including a Zelle request and she insulted me. BTW, I had already paid the $480 for the incomplete job. It's hard to find ppl who won't cheat you.

Have dealt with this man. Changes fees without discussing... and didn't complete work. Also spoke with 2 neighbors that had the same experience. Would never hire him again. Find someone else that is honest.
