We used this service for about 3 weeks and experienced very poor customer service. The rate they gave us over the phone was not consistent with the rates on their website and when asked about it we were told that this went up in the last couple months. We were told they would come on Thursdays, but they called and told us (didn't ask, told) that they were going to come on Wed. instead and said they didn't know we wanted a consistent schedule when asked about it on the phone. Finally, we were asked to pay $165 for a plush package service, they took our money and didn't do the entire service. They told us on the phone that the plush package is actually $150 and they assumed we just gave them extra money for gas. This company is much pricier than other housecleaning services, and provides far less in terms of quality as far as I'm concerned. When I asked for a refund for the last service (which we were told to pay $165 for) because we didn't get what we paid for I was told no, and I stated that I was going to definitely post a review telling about my experience. The lady was very abrupt on the phone, kept interrupting me and didn't really listen to what I was saying. I hung up while she was still talking as she said something like "Now ma'am, God doesn't want us..." I assume the rest of this sentence had something to do with my posting a poor review. Please think twice before using this company. From my experience they are very fraudulent, as they misrepresent their services and prices, and condescending with very poor customer service.
