We are currently renting a property through Blain Property and we noticed water seeping up through the floor of our living room. I called the company and they sent a repairman (Josh) who arrived within 20 minutes! Not just same day, 20 minutes later on a Friday afternoon. within an hour, he located and fixed the problem and was super nice and very professional about everything. I am truly shocked at the speed and level of support we received. We could not be happier and we 1757641602 so glad that our concerns were taken care of so quickly. 5 star rating.
