Fast Eddie's Appliance Repair

So glad I didn't pay attention to the other review on this site for Fast Eddie's and checked Google and Facebook reviews instead. I dont know what the others customers issue was but Fast Eddie's was exceptionally fast. Same Day fast to be exact on getting me a diagnosis and price on what it would take to fix it. He did quote me on 3-5 business days on parts but I think thats normal when you have to have a part shipped in that no one had in town. ( I called to verify bc I found it was strange no one in Tulsa had it but none of the appliances places I called had it in stock so he was spot on.) From the first time I called to the last time he came out the job took under a week to complete on my oven. Once the part came in it took him 10 minutes to put it on no problem. I can not stress enough how great the service was with Fast Eddie's. I literally joined this site so I could write the review. I dont know what was going on in 2018 it in 2021 Eddie is the appliance doctor to call if you need an oven fixed!

Unfortunately Eddie ain't so fast. He makes you think he can do it all and his youtube channel may say so, but this has to be the worst service I've had from any business ever. I'd commissioned him to install a replacement part on an item which he said he broke and a week later said he had it repaired. After waiting for 4 months it's obvious Eddie has more important priorities than his customers because as on now it's still not delivered to my address. He even resorted to blaming me for his lack of time in getting the repaired item shipped. Still waiting Eddie...
